Smoothie Recipes

Health, energy and vitality are all important for your emotional and physical well-being, and one way of upping your energy and your health in one easy step is to eat foods that are full of antioxidants and nutrients – fruit are one such food. If you haven’t got a lot of time to prepare something like a fruit salad, why not try a smoothie? You can make them in the evening and then put them into the fridge, ready to drink the next day. If you leave the skins in the fruit, you’re also retaining a lot of the nutrients meaning that you can drink three or four of your daily fruit and vegetable portions in one sitting.
