Some species of fish that you might want to try include tuna, halibut, salmon, cod, sole, turbot, flounder, trout, other white fish, and even other sea foods like shrimp. You can grill, boil, steam, broil, sauté, and bake these sea foods and add whatever vegetables and fruits that you want, as long as they’re not tomatoes and citrus.
